PARTICIPATION PROCEDURES:
Fill in space Application&Reservation Form and return them to the organizer.
After the application is accepted,the organizers will confirm to the applicant by FAX,send a cheque or T/T within the fixed time as deposit covering 30% of the total rental to the bank listed in Form,and balance not later than 60 days prior to the official opening of the exhibition.Without payment will be treated as invalid.
Exhibitor' s Manual will be mailed to you after the deopit having been received.
